SPRY DESIGN - BRANDING
I created the logo for Spry Design to bring a personal touch that reflects the area I’m from. The logo features the letters "SD" for Spry Design, with suspended lines protruding from the hole of the "D." These lines are inspired by the work of Barbara Hepworth, an artist from my hometown of Wakefield, who often incorporated wires into her sculptures by SUSPENDING them ACROSS holes. I wanted to pay homage to her influence on the local art scene. The blue in the branding represents the River Calder, which flows through Wakefield, symbolising the creative energy and passion that flows through my work.
